2011 Alvinston Minor Ball Registration Dates:

Saturday, March 5 - 9am to 3pm - Arena Lobby
Wednesday, March 9 - 6pm to 9pm - Arena Lobby
Saturday, April 2 - 9am to 1pm - Arena Lobby

• Registration cost - $60 per child
• Registration cost for t-ball - $35 per child
• Uniform Rental Charge - Postdated cheque for $100 dated September 1, 2011 (will be returned for each child, if uniform is returned by September 1)
• After April 2nd registration - LATE FEES apply - $75 per child
